Ryan's story
He's lived what he teaches.
At age 9, Ryan was diagnosed with a severe learning disability that affected how he processed information. His self-esteem bottomed out. For years he was in therapy, fighting depression and a complete absence of belief in himself.
His therapist told him something that changed everything: "If you don't quit on yourself and do the hard work when nobody is watching, you will overcome these challenges — and you'll have the opportunity to bless hundreds of thousands of people with your gifts."
Ryan didn't just recover. He became captain of his high school tennis team, a motivator, a professional speaker, and the coach he wished he'd had growing up. For over a decade he has brought that lived experience into every session — with athletes, executives, lawyers, and anyone willing to do the work in the dark.
